  • The Hummingbird House is a non-smoking property.
  • Approval of all pets is necessary before arrival, regardless of pet-friendly fee paid.
  • Unauthorized pets will be fined $250 and guests may be asked to leave without refund.
  • Cancellation Policy: We offer a moderate cancellation policy: Guests may cancel until 5 days before check-in for a full refund. Guests must contact the host directly in order to receive a refund. If there is a cancellation request after that, guests will be charged for 50% of each night booked.
